WARRANTY

For below context, Company refers to 'Save More Roofing / Save More Roofing Ltd'

The company does not cover any damage resulting from lack of maintenance and clean-up by owner / any wear and tear.

Before beginning any job, Company can provide Labor warranty options, but conditions will apply and will depend on the plan selected in respective contract made with owner / invoice provided at the time of finalizing the job. Labor warranty will vary from 2 to 5 years for commercial property roofs and 10 years for residential ​(home) property roofs. For Commercial property - roof on top of old roof will be allowed to carry 2 year Labor warranty, and for brand new roof (after completely replacing old roof) will be allowed to carry 5 year Labor warranty depending on details agreed upon in contract.

To get free Labor warranty, owner must have maintenance plan and clean-up plan. Details below:

  1. Maintenance Plan

Maintenance must be performed 2 times in a single ​year - once after winter and once before the start of rain season. Maintenance plan is mandatory to qualify for labor warranty against any roofing leaks. It is owner's choice to get this maintenance done via our company or via any other local roofing company. If owner prefers to go with any other local roofing company, that company must be a certified B.C. roofing company and must have at least 10 years experience in roofing work.

To qualify for free labor warranty to get a roofing leak fixed by us after our job, the owner must either have our maintenance plan, or must provide invoices for all the maintenance work done in previous period along with pictures of that maintenance work done before and after based on company's request.

   2. Cleanup Plan

It is owner's responsibility to clean roof and drains all the time on the property. Drains can plug or choke and create extra weight because of blocked water on roof. As water has to go somewhere, it can create massive leak on any part of roof and can even do a big damage/crash in the roof. Clean-up must be done quarterly or more often, depending on the condition of owner's property. Cleanup plan is mandatory to qualify for labor warranty against any roofing leaks. It is owner's choice to get this cleanup done via our company or via any other local roofing company. If owner prefers to go with any other local roofing company, that company must be a certified B.C. roofing company and must have at least 10 years experience in roofing work.

NOTE:

Owner's Responsibilities:

1) If the owner fails to provide any proof for maintenance plan as well as cleanup plan  (including our original invoices), or fail to provide any proof for maintenance and cleanup work done by any other certified B.C. roofing company for the prior period of time, our Company can still provide the service to fix the roof, but the owner will be liable in this case and has to pay for both labor and material expenses for any repairs/work needed.

2) After replacement of Old drain or any additional of new/extra drains, it is owners responsibility to hire a plumber and get drain connection/pipe inspected and remove any blockage.

INSURANCE

The company does not cover any damage resulting from lack of a valid insurance in hand by owner. The company does not cover any damage resulting from any wear and tear.

At any given time for Company to perform the roofing job, owner(s) of that property must carry their own valid insurance which should prevent them from any damage caused by fire, water leaks, tornado and any other related perils. Company can provide fire insurance during the roofing job upon the request of property owner, but this fire insurance will cost extra and must be agreed upon in writing via the written contract between Company and owner. By default, it is sole responsibility of the owner(s) to arrange for fire insurance and Company will not be liable for any fire damage caused to property. For more information or details, please feel to contact our manager Simar at 778-892-1266.
